Vacation Ideas

Ok here is the thing. I am 27, divorced and single. I have always wanted to go on a vacation by myself. The thought of just picking up and going somewhere all alone is just exciting to me.

Money really isn't an issue as long as its not overly expensive.

I enjoy big cities (never been to new york), however I love Chicago.

I also like small places such as Gatlinburg, TN. So I am open to all suggestions.

Any ideas peeps?

Or how about you buy a map of the world, tears off the Americas, close your eyes and then just point.

There's so many great places out there. The only thing stopping you is your imagination, and of course budget lol.

I'm about the same age and single. Places I have traveled to that are fun are Orange beach Al, Amsterdam(beautiful city), Germany, Sydney Australia, San Diego CA. I'm sure im missing some too

Im with Apache, go to Japan! Might sound a little crazy, but after a disaster the prices might be a lot cheaper for hotels and flights. I dont know if they are, but, I would assume. Tokyo would be awesome.
