OMG no way... thats just wrong...
I mean over going over the top is illegal here but some kids need that... Scott does, his 'behavior center' does not respond to quiet chats, or time outs or that.
So wrong...
Well, luckiliy that one hasn't passed yet.....doesn't stop them from trying though
And I agree, some kids need a little more "correction" than others.
I would seriously hope that this does not pass. I'll be honest, I hated spankings. But, after a few, I changed my ways mighty quick. My parents only had to spank me a few times before I realized, "Okay, geez, this just isn't worth it. Time to change!"
Anyone who thinks spanking (normal, corrective spanking) should be illegal is way out of their mind.
you can come to Portland! We offer you tons of snow then switch it to rain, and don't forget we have the number one team in the NBA and the youngest team
Not to mention it's considered one of the best places to livee
I can't wait to move though... I want snow when I'm told snow

You must be getting hammered with rain today. Saw major storms from Northern California up to Canada. Lots and lots of rain.

Or you can come to Southern California.....but you'll have to learn Spanish
Most places come with both good and bad. Just a matter of which one wins out for your personal preference. Personally, I could never live in a place where Winter occupies > 1/4 of the year (ie, most of the upper US). So I'll stick with So Cal, at least until I can't understand anyone here anymore
Didn't knew that learning Spanish was bad...
better keep my mouth shut
You can come to Idaho. At least where I'm at, theres no smog, very low crime rate, no traffic hassles. You have West Yellowstone an hour away, Jackson Hole WY about an hr away. Tons and tons of things to do.
Downsides. At least where I live. There's the college. BYU of Idaho. The college runs the town. People will call the cops for some of the dumbest reasons. Last year it was over girls at the park in bikini's. The college kids act like little 2 yro's and the stores just let it go. It's unbearable to go grocery shopping anymore.
We are in mormonville so EVERYTHING is frowned upon. In fact last summer our one and only bar shut down. Even sadder, it was only a beer bar because the town would not allow it to sell hard liquor. We do have a small liquor store on the out skirts of town though.
If you can get past the ignorance of 99.9% of the people, it's not a bad place. Our weather isn't extreme and the scenery is one of the best.
And for all those wondering. No, there's no polygamy or bigamy here. That's UT and NV or maybe it's AZ
So go on, go on be your own, go on be your own star!
A superstar in my eyes!

Where if you don't like the weather, wait 15 minutes.
2-3 days of snow a year.
Back in my Youth. (Cough-Cough), you could go hunting or fishing just
about anywhere. Now, it is all a for profit thing. Money for this, Lease that,
and takes all the fun out of it. Lots of fishing lakes though.
Dallas-high crime rate, low police counts, high traffic.
Suburbs- LOW crime rate, High police counts, med-low traffic.
But you DO need to learn a working Tex-Mex lingo, or you will be
at a disadvantage in Dallas. Ebonics is a plus also.
A zillion things to see, do, go, and play.
Dallas Cowboys
Dallas Mavericks
Soccer, Hockey, ...........
Nough said.
We don't talk about Miles in Texas. When someone asks how far it is
to XXYY place, you tell them "Oh, about hour and a half drive".
I've been Alpha and will be Beta testing the Delta Force game. It's been really getting good reviews! Definitely a good Battlefield feel to it like the...
