Who is Wesley? Also I was looking forward to you describing how to find range using mil dot or the range finder on the SVD style of snipers. Actually I'm curious if those are even accurate in game?Comment

The commentary is only about 8 mins or so, the rest is just gameplay, ALSO. To guess range picture something you know like a football field and guestimate how many they are away from u (Jarhead). OR what works well in BF3 is to take a test shot watch the drop and adjust, after 1 shot u should be on target or close 2.-DevilComment

IRL Mildot works by... The spaces between the dots is 1 meter from middle of dot to next middle of dot at 100 yards. So if I look through the scope and see a person touching 3 mildots I know they're 6 feet tall and out at 100 yards. If they touch two mildots they're at 200 yards. The SVD snipers scopes have in the lower left a horizontal line with range numbers below that and a sloping line above the horizontal line. Your supposed to line up the person so they're head touches the top line and their feet touch the bottom. Rght below them and the horizontal line is the range number.Originally posted by Devldog0351 View Post
