I was given a ride in one of these. For the longest time I was not impressed at all with the American muscle cars.
This vehicle changed my mind.

Although I wish it had the Barracuda name. Then the one Johnny Rico bought would be a 'Cuda.
In the '70s a friend had a convertible 1971 'Cuda with a 383 Magnum in it. The only thing I disliked about the car was the Purple exterior and the white interior.

I just got it back from having the windows tinted to the legal limit and having the the windshield, paint and interior sealed.
And then I went out and bought a copy of Vanishing Point for some history. The car that hits the bull dozers at the end of the original movie is a Camaro BTW, not one of the Challengers.
A friend of mine had this. A 1970 Plymouth Superbird. It is a Roadrunner on steroids.
He ran two engines in his. One was a 383 magnum with a six pack and the other was a 426 Hemi.
