Standard firefox, Just right click on any page then select 'Inspect Element'. Next click '3D' on the bar that appears at the bottom of the browser. You can move the page around, zoom etc.

No, I'm on 8.0.1 and apparently they are on 11.0 now? It took them a year to go from 3.0 to 4.0 and now they go from 8 to 11 in a couple of months? The hell are they doing.
