Personal Use License for Windows 8 and a readable EULA?

Still not sure I'll be migrating from Windows 7, although the numbers for Windows 8 sure are nice right now.

I'm not migrating. Win 8 looks like a massive headache if you don't have a touchscreen monitor, and what would be the real point of getting it to just switch over to the Win 7 look and feel?

It may be worth it to switch after they start coming out with live tiles for some of the different apps. Personally I don't care about losing the standard desktop since I don't really use it. I normally have about 8 - 10 windows open at work and can't see the desktop anyway.

Yeah, Win 8 is going to be a disaster for Microsoft. I'm opting out of that one.

The tile system does work well on the phones. Not sure if I need it on a computer.
