tv shows: revisted.. whats your faverite show now?

With the writers strike and all. What TV shows do you enjoy watching. last time we did this thread i seen people say scrubs. I had never seen that and hospitals are probably my least favorite place to watch. But after seeing everyone say good things about the show i started watching, and loved it!.

Not with the strike everything seems messed up and fewer and fewer good shows are on. Yes i actually watched i loved new york 2!

But now my favorite series is back on for its final season!
The Wire
Its a great series that tackles real issues in a broken city. They hit on everything from crime, to police corruption to politics etc etc and make everything fit in to one great story line.
It comes on sunday at 9pm on HBO.

Whats really cool is every season they tackle different issues that are true and use many of the same characters. Its not just police vs drug dealers. Its from the very top mayor down to street drug users and everything in between. Really addicting series.

So whats your favorite show now and why?

Heroes was about the only show i really watched. i find myself watching more simpsons and Cops reruns, and i love watching Top Gear on my BBC channel.

Dirty Jobs and Mythbusters have to be my favorite shows on TV right now. But, as soon as The Office comes back on the air, that will once again be my favorite show

when I get home from work: Spike TV worlds most amazing videos
after that Mad TV on Comedy Central
After that... I'm not sure... nothings on :P
At 6 I like to watch Cash Cab and the simpsons
Then after that Macolm, and the simpsons again
Then Family guy on TBS
Then South Park on Comedy Central
Then The news
Then South Park on UPN

Well, Seinfeld is one of my all-time favorite shows even though its tough to find time to watch it the few times it actually comes on. Thank God I have the DVDs

Everyone loves Mythbusters.

I'm watching much the same as everyone else. This is the first chance I've had to ever see The Wire, so I'm watching season 5. House, Prison Break, Sarah Connor, Pushing Daisies, Jericho (soon), Lost (soon), and Battlestar Galactica are the main shows between now and April, assuming the strike continues. Mixed in some 30 Rock and Letterman and Conan's return. Both those guys are absolutely hilarious even without writers. Jon's off his game, and I'm not as big a fan of Colbert as others.

I've been watching Life, The Big Bang Theory, and So How I Met Your Mother. I think those are my favorites right now. Two and a Half Men is pretty good too.

I've been getting a kick out of Celebrity Apprentice too though.

The first thing I have watched in almost a month was Comanche Moon, and that wasnt planned. My uncle was watching it while I was reading, and it actually looked good so I put the book down.

Hooked on Battlestar Galactica. I just bought season 1, 2 and 2.5. Season 3 comes out on dvd in about 2 months. Back in my Navy days my ship was nick named Battlestar and when we pulled out they would blast the old theme song over the PA.
