Closed Threads? POST HERE TO BE OPENED!!

I've noticed normal threads that are being closed, something which I haven't seen before on Cain's Lair forums unless comments were getting way out of hand. For example, there is a thread in the Photo section titled 'Post your snowy pics' I was going to post a picture in that is now closed and has only 8 posts. And the 'Word Association' thread in this section was closed for many days and then re-opened (I assume a mod noticed it was closed and re-opened).

I think it may have to do with the new forum and and ancient admin.

I would try fix it but... No pc atm my psu flash banged...
