I teach. Thinking about changing career however, but going to cost a lot of money. I want to look into game art and design, so I can make my own FPS without all the stupid crap in all other FPS's lol

Currently attending college (freshman). Just started back in July straight out of high school. Attending DeVry University and currently working towards a Bachelor's in Game & Simulation Programming. Will be working for Master's if the program is ready by graduation time, and money suffices.

Also working at DeVry University as a Financial Student Advocate. That's fancy terms for "Secretary" for the Student Finance department.

You so lied, Tails. I checked our credits, and we're Sophomores!

I run the front desk for Student Central at DeVry. I get to see everyone come in, and everyone go out. It's quite a humorous position to be in sometimes.

Take this one, for example. Some guy who graduated in 1985 called in yesterday to check what his degree was actually for. He went to college for 3-4 years, spent thousands of dollars for tuition/books, and couldn't even remember why he went to school? Why on earth did you decide to wait 23 years to call and figure out what your degree was?

I am a senior in highschool hoping to get accepted to UC Irvine. I work for my Dad, who owns an drug advertising company called IgniteHealth. I do research about drugs and make a presentation about "what people are saying about it". Its actually is pretty fun.

To colleges it is an Drug Research and Presentation Internship at IgniteHealth.

Give the website a visit. Its pretty interesting...

IT/IS guy working at a school district ... we have 2 network admins and three IT staff (counting me) and service about 1,450 PCs and a smattering of Macs. I am the hardware specialist, altho my actual degree out of a two year tech school was in Design Drafting Technology (CAD).

No formal PC training at all, other than a seminar or adult ed. class here and there. I've learned by simply building, breaking and needing to repair my own gear. Luckily, the breakings are few and far between now.

I find that lots of peeps in the Tech industry have little or no formal training. I my self have just a HS diploma....

What's weird is that I assumed my name/email wasn't on the actual webpage (it wasn't for years and years), but I just checked under staff and there I am .. damn, that explains why I am getting spam at work out the wazoo !!!

Having tried many cases I've given up on expensive ones. Not convinced they are significantly better than an inexpensive gel case for 1/10 the money....
