    Today's a proud day.

Well, at 19 years old my brother has decided to join the Navy, and tonights the last time I get to see him in 6 months.

He was an annoying little bastard, but I must say I am proud of him and I'll miss him.

He's staying in a hotel overnight tonight, going to take all those physical tests tommorrow, and then heads out for Chicago, then to Florida. I'm not sure where from there.

Anyways, just thought you all should know another good man is going to help serve our country

                Good for him
Not only does he get the honor of serving, he'll get a pretty good education in the Navy. Looks great on a job application.

Serving your country is by far the greatest honor one could ever undertake. You must be very proud of him.

Thats great. Please tell him thanks for his service! I am still debating if I want to go into the service when I graduate college.

I'll write to him telling him you all said congrats, and my fathers very proud, kinda made me feel bad because I didn't join the service.. heh

But I donno much about it, all I know is he's in a hotel right now trying to sleep, and ready to wake up early, take some tests, then head out to Chicago.

He'll be working on Aircrafts, more of the inside stuff. He won't be a pilot however.

But he left his lizards in my hands, which is already hard to take care of... always gotta check the humidity and tempature so they don't freeze of overheat.

We'll miss him, but we are all very proud of his service.

Enlisted I think. I don't know much about it, he keeps a lot of private for some reason, or I just didn't pay attention.

It's weird knowing I won't be able to see him for a long time. Even though he was the biggest pain in the ass, I'll miss him, and to be honest the first day he's gone... I can't wait until he returns.

Now we have had a lot of flooding in this area and there are still a lot of houses that have not been repaired. Must be the apocalypse.
