There has been a Red Bull Settlement which claims that the companies advertising was false and misleading and not backed by scientific evidence. Red Bull settled but denies any wrong doing.

With the settlement, Red Bull must compensate anyone that has purchased their drinks between January 1, 2002 through October 3rd, 2014. Consumers that qualify can choose to get $10 cash or $15 worth of Red Bull products.

I have never bought or drank Red Bull or any of the other so called energy drinks. I knew their claims were false and they would run afoul of the government eventually.

Same here. I want my organs to live as long as possible. I don't want to mess my heart up with a jolt of sugar. Eventually everyone crashes anyways. Redbull is not a substitute for rest and sleep.
