The Wayback Machine - Cain's Lair Style

You can't get to everything (such as old forums), but by using the Internet Archive Wayback Machine @www.archive.org you can see a lot of the evolution of Cain's Lair gaming via web snapshots. For CL, the archive goes back to 2001. Fun stuff!

Here is the Cain's Lair snapshot lineage.

Brings back memories, miss those old days, this place was so much busier back then, hopefully once Cain decides on the next game for the Lair things will pick up again.

I don't wanna see what I used to type. I am cringe-worthy right now, imagine how I was before. Way more cringe-worthy... by my own admission.

I remember when if you weren't on for a couple days there would be hundreds of posts to wade through.

Yeah I remmeber that too, I think the problem was mainly due to the BF games really...
Not the game but more the fact its less community driven, its all use our site to do everything.
No real way to make a community known, even with built in tools it was mince.

Most of my photobucket is a visual history of Cainslair since 2005. Feel free to start at the last page and have a good cry or laugh working your way up....
