    RIAA wants to fine people $1.5 million for copying one CD.

    pointing that it hardly seems fair to bill someone like Jammie Thomas more than $9,000 per song when each track costs a buck. Even accounting for a punitive penalty, that seems absurdly high.

    who's the real crooks here? The person who downloaded 1 song that cost 1 dollar or the company trying to sue him for $9,000.00 for that same 1 song

    This is really getting out of hand. But what can you expect when these tyes of governing bodies can actually control the government and get bill after bill passed.
