Sadly I can't find the fix to hear other people.
My mic.. well people can hear my annoying chatter.

No worries at all.

I could hear Golden very well tonight. The only problem was I had trouble understanding him. It was like his mic was over modulating. I do not think it was on my end because Duke was very clear.

yea i don't know why i can't hear anyone.
Duke said the same thing about hearing me.
I reduced the mic volume and it should be better. I also use speakers and not head phones. So I will also try to find a better mic that would work.

I have had the SoundBlaster EVO Zx for years and love them. They do not have a boom mic, which is nice.

I got it fixed and will look at the mic.

Had to go to sound properties. Disable everything but the normal speaker system i use. That didn't work then looked at the Mic input. It looks like the system recongized the mic input as head phones( it does have an unused headphone jack). Disabled the sound on it and the mic still worked.

Thanks to Duke I lowered the volume and it sounds ok... still will be some distoration. I am unsure how to not have the ambient sound come into the mic feed. There should be some type of toggle or program..

Does anyone have any tips for pilots? I'm trying to grind and rank up to unlock the planes but I am having a hard time. Anyone want to share how they pilot or any tips? I'm piloting with mouse and keyboard but am having the hardest time finding a set up that works for me. What's everyone else key bindings for pilot?

I have never been able to use the mouse. I switch my right hand to the up/down/right/left arrow set. Also hit c for the chase camera. It works better for flying for me.
Tendency is to bomb first, swing out to get more bombs. Fix if need to and then try to strafe anything else i see until the bombs come back.
The change for the bomb regeneration makes me get into more dog fights and it can be fun. Not to say I am anywhere near good but only crashed I think 3 times. Maybe like 4 planes shot down. If they have a good spotter then you can see who to take out.... other then that I look for a flag being moved.
You can almost never have time to bail out, unless your being tailed, while in the middle of the map.

try it. I find the mouse way to sensitive. Most turns are like running.. just with another axis to worry about.
