Well, Glenn Beck was here Friday night for the benefit concert for my Aunt and Uncle. I had tickets but wasn't able to make it but my mom took my place. She had her own tickets but mine were 10x better. Luckily she found someone to take her tickets so they wouldn't go to waste either.
She said it was absolutely amazing. We thought he'd talk politics and current news issues but he didn't. It was actually a comedy concert and then of course, he talked a lot about the family.
Before the concert even took place, they had over $2,000,000.00 donated. Then a multi-billionaire from Utah donated $1,000,000.00. I'm not exactly sure how much they got from the benefit concert but Mr. Beck is still planning on giving them every penny.
With all the generosity that they have been blessed with, they won't be adding onto there home, they are going to be able to build them a home to suit them. Almost EVERYTHING has been donated to build the home as well. Even the land. So it's all so very exciting!!!
In my head, the most exciting this is... Ted Nugent saw there story on Headline News. Before they were all confined to there chairs, they were big on hunting. Since being in the chairs, they are so very limited on what they can do. Well, Mr. Nugent contacted them and he's planning on either coming over here or flying them to him.. but either way, he's planning on taking them hunting.
I wish I could be there when my Uncle meets Mr. Nugent, he's seriously going to be in awe.
