Step 3: Do not Notify customer using blacklisted port, however, !hideall packetportnumberblacklistedlist so customer won't know what port is blacklisted.
Step 4: customer service call -- Must be a problem with the device hardware/firmware/software, its not on our end.
Try it. there is no such thing as a way to get data transferred from a home based NIC drive, or anywhere else. considered yourself firewalled from the world.
