BUSH wants to look at E-MAILS from the bad guys,Well thats find with me,But how do we know if he is looking at them,or at our E-MAILS.What if we say in a e-m.that you dont like bush or you dont like the way he is running the country,The doorbell rings and there two FEDS.at the door who want to talk to you about that E-m.you sent to your friend,They can hold you as long as they want to under the P.act.If bush gets that law passed,you better watch what you say in that E-M.or the doorbell rings.I wonder how much FREEDOM do we give up to be SAFE,In 2006 a man in his office was saying to some fellow workers that he didnt like BUSH,2 hours later 2 FBI.agents arrested him,they held for 48 hrs.untill they let him go,this happen in DURHAM N.C. If you think this cant happen to you,And that LAW passes,It could happen............THY.......moe.

Emails are not secure anyway. I guarantee that the feds already have taps on every major ISP and look at whatever they want. AT&T was in the news for it a while back: http://blog.wired.com/27bstroke6/200...y_room_do.html. Do I like it? No. Do I recognize the necessity for it? Yes.

Did this guy said he "didn't like" Bush or "wanted to kill" Bush? Lots of people say the first one on national television every day. You're not allowed to say the second here. Big difference.

yeah, if he said "I want to kill Bush." or "I wish Bush would die." and the Feds heard about it, then he will be arrested and convicted.

A few months ago. a drunk guy called in on my favorite Sports Talk radio station and somehow got on the subject of Bush. He said he "wished someone would kill that idiot Bush."
Five minutes later, a Fed Agent called in on the line and demanded that they give him the name and phone number of the man, or everyone at the station would be arrested for obstruction. They gave him the number. Guy was arrested and sent to jail for a couple months.

This is a new age where people can be killed at a psychopath's whim. "Big nets do a much better job catching many fish than a small net does catching one."
