Give me a 50 ounce porter-house grilled medium rare, and I'll
be like a puppy in a dog bone factory.

Marinated in my own secret recipe for 8-10 hours.

              Green beans w almonds.
Rice Pilaf or a Baked Potatoe stacked with extra butter, cheese, chives,
sour cream, and some Picante to spice it up.
Herb buttered Texas Toast or Italian bread.(Olive oil optional)
Some nice Pinto beans cooked low and slow and seasoned just right.

              Dessert? No room.

I grilled enough prime rib to feed 200 people this past weekend. I usually get designated to do the meat-grilling when the city has a big shindig for the higher class people. It was a Valentine's Day party this past Saturday night. Turns out, we had about 170 people show up so there was plenty of leftovers. It was 30.00 per ticket to come eat/drink and dance. All the proceeds went to a shelter for homeless and/or abused children.

Having tried many cases I've given up on expensive ones. Not convinced they are significantly better than an inexpensive gel case for 1/10 the money....
