Farve retires, a sad day

The Giant has retired.

Maybe not THE best QB in the NFL, but certainly one of the most
entertaining.

People in Green Bay lived and died every Sunday on how their
Hero played that day.

He is one of the top QBs in my books. Most TDs, most yards, most consecutive games... and most interceptions!

His throwing style was power throwing, from the off foot, off balance...from anywhere...he could drill that ball right in there.

Green Bay won't be the same.

as much as i dislike greenbay i respected brett farve at least he left on a good season

At least I liked Favre more than Brady of the Manning brothers, even though he is my sworn enemy. Just think of what the Bears could have done for the last 14 years with a QB like him...

No matter if you love or hate the Packers, it's not hard to respect Favre for what he accomplished during his career. I think its a good time for him to retire though, going out nearly on top.

Maybe not the best, but certainly one of the elite hall of famers. Happy Trails Favre

He is 1 of the greatest...I was not surprised to see the news about it...I mean 17yrs and 38yrs old...thats crazy for NFL ah well, Im sure he will be missed

I'm a die hard Steeler fan but if I had to wear another teams jersey it woulda been Favre.
