Note: Xfire is free to download, and is mainly an ingame messenger.
I made a post about the xfire video capture before, and now with the xfire update you can upload your xfire videos to xfires site. I was suspicious to say the least, I thought the quality would be terrible! But it's not! Apparently what it does first when you want to upload it is it encodes it into something and then uploads it.... this file was 1gig. It look about 15minutes to be up on the site. Make you sure you press the expand, it looks great if you do.

Only downsides so far:
1) Lots of recording space needed to record the video
2) I think that the video record capture lowers framerate a bit more than fraps, but this is only a beta so its bound to get better.
