Some jerk uploaded some malicious code and deleted our Forums. I had noticed I couldn't reach the Forums, I thought it was me. Thx Apache for confirming the problems.

Sirex has been working on them all day. We decided because we were running an old version of vBulletin to upgrade, so things look a little different as he puts things back the way they were before as best as he can.

Fortunately Sirex had a 3 day old Forum back-up so we didn't lose all of our history.

What pleasure do jerks get out of doing crap like this??

As to why jerks do this, well some people just have something to prove. Or they are a disgruntled (i.e. banned) player/poster. Or, just a script kiddie. Hard to tell.

Some of the text in some posts etc have 'artifacts' due to broken unicode...
