A Christmas Eve around 6 years ago I had a kidney stone that put me in the Emergency Room from 4:30 AM till 12:30 PM. After I was released I had to go in and put together a platinum engagement ring with a marquise Diamond and Sapphire Baguettes. Yeah lucky the pain I was in was all before I got it out.
Actually felt amasing after... considering...
I got lucky and got my dentist in, they where only in for a few hours that day.

That is great. I finished the ring by 5:30 PM, 30 Minutes before we closed, and he was happy.
