'Sex and the City' tour goes for $24,000 in NY

But in reality, why does anyone warship this gal?
She dresses like a color-blind street hooker on crank

For those of you who missed my response to Fathers and Daughters here in the forums, THIS is the kind of gal you need to protect your families from.

More importantly- who cares about a show thats been off the air for several years, which happend to be about several women with co-dependency issues that often kept each other from being happy, but enabled them to act like a bunch of hoars?

$24k for a special experience? Here- hand me that cash. I'll give you a special experience. For just that exact amount of money, where you will experience the ass kicking of your life, and come within 3 inches of the pearly gates-- guaranteed.

People spend money on stupid things, but this one, is probably one of the worst things I have heard of in awhile.
If you want to throw money away- why dont you just donate to Cains Lair and buy some honest people a good time?

Think of the stupidest thing that you possible can...and there is someone out there who will do it for some amount of money or time on TV.

Who is to say what they do with their money? Maybe they could donate a crap load to various charitable organisations every other day of the week?! You don't know.

If someone feels like they want to spend some of their own money on this, what the hell should I care? Its their money, their choice. Sure, *I* think there are better ways to spend it, but this is not *me* we are talking about.

Are they hurting anyone by spending this money? I don't think so. They are being winned and dined, go to luxury spas... same as if I took a huge chunk of change and rented a villa on Richard Branson's private
      island in the pacific.

So I don't see why anyone should get all huffy about how someone decides to spend their own money. If I took $24,000 and bought a new motorcycle, my 3rd one, and posted that up here, I'm sure many would say congrats, nice bike, etc etc. So why is that 24k different that someone else's 24k they choose to spend on a Sex in the City tour where they go shopping, go to spas and get chauffered around??

Sorry, I don't get this rant.
[this is where my funky sig would go. But I don't have one.

Now we have had a lot of flooding in this area and there are still a lot of houses that have not been repaired. Must be the apocalypse.
