Lots of assumptions going on in here.
Lets take a peek at India:
Very filthy, minimal to zero environmental laws, low end on the human rights issue, and they have a significant poor and uneducated population.
Some of these people drink from polluted water resources.
Others live IN the garbage dump.
Being related has nothing to do with this, nor does the educational value in my opinion. Rather, education is something that could help, but not guarantee, in regards to prevention.
Bribery in India is part of the way of doing business, with the right connections and money, a company could dump antifreeze into a river and no one would say a thing.Comment
