    Girl born with 2 faces.

Such a shame that things like this happen.

Too much ignorance and not enough education yet in the world and it's always being touted around how far we've advanced....

Well I didn't want to be the one who said it but here it goes. If you want to avoid birth defects, DON'T have sex with your immidiate family.

                EXACTLY!

on the other hand, OH my GOD... I can't get my wife to quit bytchin as it is...I can't imagine if she had two mouths and eyes on the side of her head. Then there are some other things like....

Driving... Honey watch the road for me...
Sleeping... ? One face is always staring at you.
Singing in the shower.... would BOTH OF YOU SHUT UP.

Then there is the obvious but since FieryDragon brought it into the conversation...
                Your mouth is tired? Here.

Lots of assumptions going on in here.

Lets take a peek at India:

Very filthy, minimal to zero environmental laws, low end on the human rights issue, and they have a significant poor and uneducated population.

Some of these people drink from polluted water resources.
Others live IN the garbage dump.

Being related has nothing to do with this, nor does the educational value in my opinion. Rather, education is something that could help, but not guarantee, in regards to prevention.

Bribery in India is part of the way of doing business, with the right connections and money, a company could dump antifreeze into a river and no one would say a thing.

Too true... or with the right money an American chemical company could mess up alot of stuff...
