I'm thinking I'm loosing interest in video games altogether. Thought it's "not over till the fat lady sings"

But I think I might be going back to some MMO again...maybe if a SUPER awesome one comes up...(looking forward to Stargate MMO), however, lately...I just seem to have lost interest.

I've actually started taking up the "Magic the Gathering" card game.

Interest in games come and go for me as well. I have no interest in MMOs these days, and I'm honestly starting to lose interest in FPS somewhat.

Its also spring, and soon to be summer. We go through -20C winters, full of snow and cold. So when summer comes around, for the 2 months of actual nice weather we have, everyone gets up and gets out as you really don't want summer to pass on by.

M:TG is pretty fun. I have a really good deck.
If you take a brake for a while, you will want to play games again ET.

The more you do it, the higher it gets and the more you need to play to satisfy, until one day, you are almost completely unaffected by a human amount of gameplay.
So quit and lower your tolerance. Before my comp broke about 2 months before boot, I was kinda getting tired of gaming, but now I fiend for it like base heads fiend for crack.

This sums up what I was going to say.

You don't even necessarily have to quite altogether. Sometimes just playing a different genre for a while can help you get more enjoyment out of gaming. If you're getting bored with FPS or Action games, go try some MMO/MMORPGs or something that you don't find yourself playing often. After you've been playing those for a while, you'll probably find the urge to play some FPS style games and it'll give you a fresh outlook again.
