I heard about it on CNN and immediately wondered where the chase helos were. You would think trying to set a record he would have had something like that. And here's another question: if he's got a GPS unit, why exactly didn't they find him already? Guess he bought one from EBay.

That wasn't the whole story. His last recorded transmission was of him calling for someone to tell him how to use the GPS so he could tell someone where he was. He had no idea how to use it. They found the remains of some of the balloons on a beach somewhere.Originally posted by Rand{CLR} View Post
