Official Monster Raving Loony Party - Manifesto Proposals

    LMAO the proposals are hilarious.

    * Refusing to sign up to the euro, but inviting the rest of Europe to join the pound.
    * Drivers can go straight over a roundabout when there's no traffic coming "to make driving through Milton Keynes more fun".
    * Traffic cops "too stupid" for normal police work to be retrained as vicars.
    * Withdrawal of MPs' ?118,000 expenses allowance, and the money "in future be distributed to the poor and needy so that they can waste it instead."
    * Any MP whose constituency sells off a school playing field for development will be required to relinquish their own back garden as a replacement sports facility for the school.
    * All motorways to become massive cycle tracks instead
    * All speed cameras will be abolished and replaced by a new device fitted to cars which will automatically slow down to the speed limit when driven though an infra-red beam.
    * The introduction of a 99p coin to "save on change".

That is great. Not completely unexpected from the country that recognizes Jedi as an official religion, though.

Me too! And i still can't get used to it's road system. Drive for 300 yards, roundabout, drive for 300 yards, roundabout, and so on and so on.

I feel sorry for the honest candidates that finished below the flying brick. I think they should revise their strategies or quit politics.

the really wierd thing about Milton Keynes is that after three weeks of driving through the UK, Scotland and Ireland. Every city in those countries was NOT set up in a grid system bout rather the road system was more ahhhh organic I guess is the term....then we vist Milton....It really reminded us of Milpitas in California. You see in Milpitas and in MiltonKeynes everything centers around this huge mall....The Police stationfor godsake is in the mall just wierd....

Now we have had a lot of flooding in this area and there are still a lot of houses that have not been repaired. Must be the apocalypse.
