This is kind of a random question but today i was shooting the cap off a spring water bottle (if you don't know how to do and want to know just reply and i'll tell you) and i spun it as tight as i about could and when the cap shot off the water inside started fizzing and popping along with smoke coming out which normally happens.
Would this start fizzing after it shot because there was too much pressure for it to happen and once it all released to started. The reason i asked this question is because i thought that matter got colder when it expanded and if this was getting cooler that would make it fizz would it.
any replies would be great.
