Wow...I used to date a girl that lived near there, I never thought any of that property would ever be developed. It was nothing but wilderness broken up by the occasional trailer park back then. I bet the developers got it dirt cheap.
They won't end up having to pay, unfortunately...if the judgment goes against them they'll just dissolve the company, and us taxpayers will end up footing the bill as usual.

I'll be honest, most of those "fragments" are probably bits of mk82 shells, or bdu-33 shells. The rockets are probably HE rockets or W.P. rocket bits that didn't burn up all the way. Most of the "fragements" though I would imagine wouldn'tt be harmful because they are probably just small metal fragments..
Bomb's don't change much over the years, and rockets change only slightly more often. You can quote me on all of that!
