Robert Smigel is the voice behind triumpgh the wonder dog. He also did the SNL cartoon "The Ambiguously Gay Duo". the guy's pretty funny. Just heard an interview with him on NPR. He also did a series on Comedy Central called TV funhouse. Which I just put into the netflix que
