Diablo 2 came out when? 2000 or 2001 was it? Other games like BF2, BF2142, Halo 2, Halo, even Assassins Creed, have had the price reduced.


Diablo 2... still at 40 bucks for the game and the expansion.

WC3, still 40 bucks for the game and expansion.

WoW... 13 or so million players subscribed? Not even the hottest youtube fads have that much.


Now, these people are bitching and complaining about a few lighting? 95% of them I can garuntee used maphacks, which reveal EVERYTHING around the character, making the lighting... even more brighter than the game has now.


These people seriously need to stfu and stop complaining. It's like ranting about how the world is going to end, we don't know what its going to be like until we experience it. So seriously people, shut up, let blizzard make their game, because they know a HELL lot more than you do about making video games.

Take your imaginary "game of the year" awards and shove them up your ass!

Calm down - you make some great point but you lose them in the buttocks portion of your conversation.

My version of what I think you are saying:

1) Unless you are on the design team, control the budget- your opinion is minor.

2) Your choice of problematic representation is kind of stereo typical. Diablo represents dark you say? Well guess what? Diablo III is a new chapter. Not a reskin.

3) Don't buy the game if you dont like it. The price will come down eventually, and then you can use that as your excuse for ownership- not the fact that you came to your senses as you missed out on the fanboy conversations this game is generating.

4) Why dont you go help write the next Harry Potter Novel or put the hammer down on Lucas for the Clone Wars Cartooning? You'd have a better chance of influencing that, than getting into the grill of a developer community that is releasing the first chapter of a game that is nearly a decade old and loved by many.

Yeah pretty much. I wasn't really wiled up, just getting annoyed with people talking on wc3 and wow "omgzors d3 gonna suck". Blizzard has yet to make a crappy game.
