You really dont think that people in power who lost money thanks to Ken Lay would let him leave that easy do you ?
If you do believe in such conspiracy theories, than the theories themselves would suggest that someone in power, who invested in Enron, would have arranged Ken's "suicide". Because let's face it, several powerful people would NEVER let Ken leave our country to live on a remote tropical island.

The whole process of fund freezing would make it difficult to spend cash in developed countries anyways.....
