    need broadcasting help

    hey guy, i need a little help with broadcasting my desktop to the web live. anyone know of any software/programs that would be good for it. also those of u who do this already plz let me know what programs u r using.

    programs i currently using are:
    Adobe flash media encoder 2.5
    sup webcam
    camtasia Studio 5
    VH player

    currently my problem is broadcasting high quality video with a low frame drop count. My broadcasts have come out very choppy and i need some help with this. Also my internet connection is not the problem as i got amazing DL and UL speed.

    oh in case u were wondering y im broadcasting, im planning to broadcast my Fallout 3 Game play online LIVE on justin.tv.
