            I also find it funny that you guys actually read it. I was bored durning my lunch and was reminded of the red button thing and it keeps telling you not to click it but you do anyways to see what happens next. this was just the text version of the same thing if you ask me.

                        I'm glad I dont have a job like that.
                        I mean, I couldnt imagine a job that I didnt have to work at in order earn additional income or get promoted.

                          Well, working the help desk, we aren't getting calls all the time, although if a system goes down or on Mondays we usually stay busy the entire day, or insanely busy depending. We do get downtimes though, especially before a holiday weekend when a lot of people take an extra day off. I take calls, emails, follow up on calls, and follow up on tickets with vendors and 2nd tier groups all day long, but it's not enough to be doing something constantly. Otherwise I have to be at my computer since we take our calls through the computer, so it's either browse the internet, read my book, or yell back and forth between cubes with my coworkers
