on 10/22/08, in n out will be selling burgers for 25c and cheeseburgers for 30c, drinks for 10 or 15 (cant remember) and fries for 20c ONE DAY ONLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is west coast.
I think they are in Cali, Arizona, Nevada (?), maybe a few more states. When I went to California a few years ago, it was the first place my family went to after landing at the airport. It is sooo good!
