Honestly, some people just need some common decency and kindness beaten in to them. As well as some intelligence...the CS rep may not have used the best grammar and spelling, but she was being very helpful, imo.

I honestly think that if more people stopped with the "envy" and "jealousy" they would be more satisfied with their lives. All this crap is due to people being generally unhappy with the way they live their lives (or more appropriately the lack of having a life).
