The worlds not going to end, if it does than I'll run through the streets naked and kick whoever is president in the balls (btw it will be Barrack regardless, since new president won't be in until 2013, we'll just have elected a new one).

Yeah, we've impacted this Earth quite a bit with the growth of Technology, but the Earth won't end. It takes ages for an epidemic to spread all over the world and kill us, and of course according to science fiction there will be the immune group of survivors. Aliens coming to Earth? Did they come tell the Mayans to mark their calenders? Planet X? More like planet BS!

Comet hitting the Earth? How far is the closest comet? oh about 15 years away? Thought so... how far is 2012 away?

I know a guy who took all his cash and bought gold. He burred in a shelter he made in the back yard. He was certain that it was all going to end with the Y2K bug.
