There really is no proof and tons of disproof. Infact I find it HILARIOUS that a lot of ATHEISTS say "well I don't believe in god but something will happen that day because the mayan calender said so" yeah... don't believe in a supernatural being but believe in a supernatural theory that people long ago can tell the exact time and exact day and exact year of the end of the world

The Mayans believe it's not the end of the world. They say it's an end, not necessarily the 'end'. Meaning it could mean many things, such as a new phase. The term it an 'enlightened' era of newness.

Oh, no it wouldn't take long for the world to spiral downward, with the sheeplike mentality man has, and the moral decay of our times, I could see it ending quickly. 2012? Not the end, just a different beginning. Just like any new year.

The racist jokes are getting old. I see that we have addressed it already, but it doesnt mean I have to tolerate it.


I'm also seeing a mature group of people carry on a pretty nice conversation while some people act like my two children, who have a habit of trying to drown out the conversation with their spam. My kids are 3 and 5 and learning social manners and how to join a conversation.

Everyone in this community needs to take a step back and a step down off their pedestal and realize that if you dont have anything to say- stop spamming the conversation with one off 7 worded crud.

It's ruining our pleasure to be here and have adult conversations, as intended. You have nothing invested otherwise, so getting your feathers ruffled over what people say about your spam is nonsense.

I don't know this for sure but over long periods or time the inaccuracies of the calenders have given a six year difference. I was talking to a friend who knows a lot about this kind of thing a long time ago so I may have some details wrong.

Yeah they said something about 2000 but nothing happened. But if USA attacks Iran (i don't know when or never) the anti christ seize more power in Iran, which leads to more crises in the whole region, some who stands close to USA will change their head away from USA. Because of the threats from Anti christ is to big. They fall under his control. That brings more problem for Israel too. But if that is the end i can not say lol. Well i have read it somewhere. That happens when USA has a democrat president (Obama)
And as long Bush is in the white house, he will attack Iran but i hope i've have wrong about that. If that happens many things will happen. Umm like i go and buy Red Alert 3 lol
