Getting back on topic to some extent: it's a mockery (to some extent) of the illegal immigration debate. Mexicans and other immigrants who are here illegally are called illegal aliens. But that's not the only meaning, people also often refer to extraterrestrial life an alien life. People often claim they were abducted by aliens. I just swapped out meanings and hilarity ensues.
