Thanksgiving!

So what are we doing on Thanksgiving?

Well, I get to work 8am to 4pm, which totally ruined the plans of going with my father to see my family and have a huge feast. Oh well, at least I get the left overs

I'm thankful for being able to post how I feel on the forums.

Well for me, I wasn't hoping on being the first reply but I'll be heading to Vegas. I will be there until Sunday. I'm celebrating my friend's 21st B-Day and Thanksgiving. It will be an interesting trip for me b/c I always spend Thanksgiving here with my family and I'm not sure if it will be the same.

At the same time though, I'm very excited to go and actually experience Vegas as an adult now. Last time I visited, I was with my ex who unfortunately was only 20 years old at the time. Now I have the freedom of doing and goin where ever I want and just have fun and play.

I am heading back home from college to spend thanksgiving with my mom and bro this year. Usually I spend it with my dad since I always spend xmas with my mom but this year im going to Florida with my dad to spend xmas with my grandparents. So, how is the Cain's Lair family going to be getting together for thankgiving?

spending time with family and friends. thursday i'm going to my mom's house and we getting all my friends together to play an epic game of pictionary. i know it sounds lame but its usually a yearly thing and its fun b/c it gets rowdy lol. then i'm going to my camp in mississippi the next day to do some deer huntin

Going to my grandparents on Thanksgiving and spending time with my whole family, traditional Thanksgiving football game where we all pound on each other after Thanksgiving dinner...then working on Friday, heh.

Going to the cousin's Tues - Thurs in Houston, and then leaving Fri morning for a soccer tournament in Austin for the weekend.

Holiday pay + double time doesnt suck dude. Getting 3x your rate is worth it. I dont know how it is for you, but if a holiday falls on a Sunday you get an extra .5x added. When I worked Grocery in Highschool I used to work 10 hours every holiday and get 2 hours of overtime added to that!

We're struggling with what to do right now. Thanksgiving was Pop's holiday, and nowhe passed last week, so we are discussing which family to do the Bird with.

Either way it will be fun.

Well, Tuesday i'm spending the day with my AMMO brothers and sisters, Wednesday is work as usual, then Thursday i'm headed over to the ANCOIC's house for thanksgiving. He invited the whole shop over so it's just more time with the AMMO brothers and sisters. You guys know how us military folk are, we take care of our own!

im going to jersey and its also my friend bday, so its gonna be a good week.

Staying local for a quite Thanksgiving, visiting some friends for dessert.

We are not traveling since on Saturday Brandon's High School Burnt Hills Ballston Lake ( B.H.B.L. ) is playing for the Class A Football New York State Championship in the Syracuse Carrier Dome !! w00t !!

RA-RA Burnt Hills !! GO SPARTANS !!!

Should be fun... First Time they are playing for a State Champion and the entire community is EXTREMELY EXCITED and PROUD of the kids. !!

( as most know Brandon plays Lacrosse but there are a few crossover players that play on the football team so we are there for the be a big show of support !! )
