2 new pets!

So, I've been wanting to get guinea pigs for awhile now (like 5 months or so), and yesterday I happened across 2 at a Petco that where up for adoption. both female so I don't have to worry about pups from them. Here's the picture's of their cage and a few of them.

The cage is actually a 36x16 rabbit cage. It's a little small but I was on a budget. I'm working on a larger cage for them to be in within the next 2 months.


Kathy decided to name this one Tina Turner because of the curly hair.



And I decided to name this one Marsh mellow... because she reminds me of a slightly charred marshmallow! She's a little shier then her sister though.

Piggies are grazing animals... they eat whenever. They have a constant supply of fresh Timmothy hay, and a gravity feeder full of pellets.

My sister has a guinea pig. It eats non-stop and so his name is Sir Krapsalot. She said the Vet didnt even get the joke when she brought it in for a health check.
