Thx for the tip Juneau...Im am always thankful and welcoming suggestions/help...
How about the following???
For OS: Canada Computers - Hard Drives > Desktop Drives > 3.5" SATA Drives : Western Digital Caviar (WD6400AAKS) 640GB SATAII 7200RPM 16MB Buffer (OEM).
Storage/Apps: Canada Computers - Hard Drives > Desktop Drives > 3.5" SATA Drives : Western Digital Caviar Green (WD10EAVS) 1000GB (1TB) SATA 3 Gb/s 8MB (OEM).
When the build time comes, I will need some of your opinions/help in regards to RAID setup, as I have never run a system in RAID before and want to discuss my options, as well as the best route to go

Oh yea and I decided to go with the following case for airflow
Canada Computers - Cases > Mid Towers : Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Ultimate Gamer Case.
and since I am getting the 920 instead, I am upgrading my RAM to 12gigs of the following
Canada Computers - Memory > Desktop Memory > DDR3 1800 PC3-14400+ : OCZ (OCZ3RPR1866LV6GK) DDR3 PC3-15000 1866MHz Reaper HPC Triple Channel 6GB (3x2048MB) Kit.
And as temps could get high for the massive OC Ive changed the HS to the following:
Infonec Computers - Computer parts Canada, PC Components, laptop computers, motherboards, processors, CPUs and much more : Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme-775 RT
I keep jumpin all over but I want this build to be UBER lol so Ive been researchin all day

As for the HS. Have a look around for the Tuniq Tower. Cheaper and better.

Thanks Juneau...I did some research on the Tuniq and u r correct sir! It averages 8-10 degrees cooler then the U-120, and is like $35 cheaper.
As for the case, I think I am going to still go for this one because I have no worry about dust. My wife and I vacuum, mop, and dust 7 days a week so it is really clean. I have had the side of my current system off for over a month now, and have not had to remove dust from the system. My main concern is getting as much air circulation as possible, as my systems tend to run hot normally to begin with, but now I am planning to OC a 2.6ghz chip to 4.2....it will be even hotter. When u factor in NB temps, and the temp of 12gigs of Reaper RAM as well...I'd rather have to blow out mah rig once every few weeks, then to overheat everything

As far as I know Seagate fixed there 1.5tb drive problems.. I purchased 1 around December and have had no problems with its so far...
That being said if I was given a choice between Seagate and Western Digital, I would go with WD. Ive had several Seagates die over the years and have usually lost everything on them. With my WD's I usually have some warning signs before they die. The seagates would usualy just up and stop working.
If the 2 TB WD ever gets into price per gig range of the 1.5tb Seagate ill be buying one.
