Grab it before then! Keys will still be available however, and I'm sure there will be plenty of other places to get the beta files from, but MS will no longer offer it.

You should be able to yes.

Also, Microsoft will continue to distribute product keys beyond Feb. 12 to users who have previously downloaded Windows 7 Beta but have yet to obtain a key.

I presume they feel that enough time has passed and that they have enough beta testers on board now.

If you get your copy from this link, Windows 7 Beta Customer Preview
you'll get a Beta key that will make it valid till August. Without the key the copy is valid for a month. All you have to do is register with MS and you're golden.
