    Meh.
Another end of world statement for many.
Brings back the memories of when Win95 ended and the holdouts there.
Then there was Win98 and the years of hearing from the community that Win98 was ALWAYS going to be better than XP.
And now, XP is at endlife, and we have been hearing how it is way better than Vista for 2 years now.

Oh well. Change is difficult for most people I think.

I still like XP better than Vista, although MS has been bridging the gap between XP and Vista imo. Right now with Windows 7 coming soon however it's not worth it to me to invest in Vista. I'd definitely have no problems with getting a current system that had Vista though.

If you need support for XP then you shouldn't be a near a PC if you ask me.

XP is still nowhere near EOL and still kicking Vista's booty.

What about support for Micsosoft Bob?

Microsoft Bob was a Microsoft software product, released in March 1995, which provided a new, nontechnical interface to desktop computing operations. Despite its ambitious nature, Bob was one of Microsoft's more visible product failures. Microsoft's Steve Ballmer named Bob as "one project we had undertaken ... where we decided that we have not succeeded and let's stop"

......I like Vista better anyway .

Though I just saw that microsoft will have a downgrade option in Windows 7 to XP, don't know how that is going to work.

Now we have had a lot of flooding in this area and there are still a lot of houses that have not been repaired. Must be the apocalypse.
