Underwater... on the dark side... corei7 and win7

    Hi!

    What can I say:
The AMD P2 X4 955 BE was sold out and so I switched to the dark side.
The next thing I remember, was water all around me and a stupid fish, that won't go away.

    1.
I have set my ram to 1,333 Mhz (my default ram speed), no problems so far. Should I leave it that way and switch back to 1.066 Mhz, cause the cpu can't handle more?

    2.
Can I set the QIP to 6400 or might this damage the cpu?

I'm no overclocker, I just want to fine-tune my system a bit...

Dont set it to 6.4, And i have to tell you that with decent FAN you could easily reach 3.6-7GHz , i am 24/7 4.2GHz with Noctua NH-U12P

What are the bios settings to bring this thing to 3.2 ghz?

Have done dozens of tests. With the stock cooler and my room temperatue I can't get to 3.2 safely.

So I only went up to 2,80 ghz and reduced the vcore to 1.0 volts

When the Turbo kicks in the cpu goes to 2.97 ghz.

Now we have had a lot of flooding in this area and there are still a lot of houses that have not been repaired. Must be the apocalypse.
