      Clean out your box
      do a Disk Cleanup
      do a Defrag
open msconfig and disable non-critical programs from starting
and make sure your fans are working properly. when they accumulate dust they gain weight, and the weight can degrade the fan bearings

If its rebooting without a bsod check your pSu and check your connections.. I had an Asus mobo a while back that had a bad connection on the mobo psu feed and it would get HOT causing the system to reboot. Every once in a while i would have to wiggle the wires around and it would be good for a month or 2. It actually made the plastic on the connector brittle enough to brake with a touch so i replaced the board. Reboot with no warning and with reboot disable usually is Heat or Power related or both.

Remove your overclocks and see what happens.

If it was overclock issue he would get a bsod. Or it would freeze up during gaming and such.

i overclocked my CPU and RAM a long time ago (it was stable)
but last night, i tried removing one stick of RAM and remove overclock
i cleaned out the case and moved the cables around
                we will see what happens

Just out of curiosity I had an issue with sound drivers that did this. I'd update all of the video and audio drivers

Now we have had a lot of flooding in this area and there are still a lot of houses that have not been repaired. Must be the apocalypse.
