Summary of how it happen:

After several weeks of debating about jumping to the intel bandwagon and getting a Intel Core i7-960 and yes I'm quite aware of the i7-920 overclock but overclocking isn't my field, and my personal opinon the prices for i7-960 didn't justify with my of its price tag just for a CPU. Even some of the guys that were selling used i7-960 on Ebay were a joke.

I started looking into the AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE 3.4GHz cause I currently have the Phenom x4 9950. "Thank god for there backward compatible idea with the Am2 mobo's. Did the bios update and almost purchase the Phenom II and a new CPU cooler but I kinda want to wait and see what the phenom II X6 brings to the table. For what ever its worth, it would probably be that last time I can use this mobo (ASUS M3N-HT)

Soooo with that said, I need a new case, the one I have now been with me since 01-02 era and its time to move on...

Almost bought the case from newegg but a found a slightly better deal on a "Refurbished" at coolmaster website for $169.99 with free shipping.

The standard Cool master add-on side window panel was a joke so I then went over to FrozenCPU and buy a "FULL" Window panel. for $99.99 plus 10 bucks for shippping

I could had bought the window kit from them for 49.99 like what I did with my old case but I dont want to deal with cutting the case again at this point.

Now I just have to find a black 3.5 bay card reader cause the current tan one that I have will not cut it In fact, it still have the floppy 3.5 disk reader which hasnt been connect in years lol and a fan control panel


Any recommendations for afan control panel? maybe this?
