Wow your lucky. When I ordered my OEM Windows 7 from newegg. This what I got, Supposely it was shipped from the Tennessee. UPS picked it up and shiped to USPS for final delivery

I love that about them. Stuff has shown up on my door the next day after ordering, before I even got the shipping email.

Yep... have it ordered and INSTALLED before getting the tracking e-mail.

I almost always use to use Tiger Direct exclusively until they put a retail outlet in Raleigh, NC... Never had any complaints with them but have to pay sales tax if I order from them now.

Well UPS = FAIL.... This house has been here for over 90 years and they can't find it.... I get stuff weekly from UPS and tomorrow I have to go in there and give them a ration...

I've always got great shipping from Newegg and I always made sure it was Fedex. I don't like UPS, they suck.

I had a similar issue with UPS several years ago... ordred a key chain garage door opener to keep on the motorcycle... had to go to the UPS hub in Winston to pick the thing up.

The tracking said recipient wasn't at home, signiture required. I work from home. I was here. No UPS truck entered my tiny neigborhood that day. My guess is the driver was lazy or behind schedule or both and just ditched the delivery.

I already let lady on the phone have it and I know the person that work the desk so I will be nice. I will ask for the drivers name so I can track down any future incompetence.

Both UPS and Fed Ex can screw up. I use both and USPS, in my business and it all depends on the employees that are handling your package.
I once shipped a $27,000.00 ring to California, with guaranteed delivery before 12:00 PM.. The customer called after 12:00 saying she had not received it. Fed Ex said they had delivered. To make a long story short, they delivered it to the wrong address. Luckily the person who signed for it was honest.
I have also had problems with UPS and USPS. The safest way to mail a package is Registered Mail but, be aware that rules regarding how packages are sealed are stringent. When not in transit registered mail is in a locked cage and everyone who handles it must sign. Registered Mail is also the cheapest for insurance. UPS and Fed Ex insurance rates are ridiculous.

I have had mostly good luck with UPS and FedEx. DHL has got to be the worst. The website I order cigars from used to use DHL a lot. I swear, it seems like they screwed up about every other shipment... One time I finally had to go pick it up and they couldn't find it the first time. I had to leave and come back.
