Have you guys heard about this? I was upset with community leaders here in NE for not appearing to be very active on the issue, but hopefully things will work out.
Google is doing a broadband internet "experiment" in a select amount of communities announced at the end of this year. The speeds will be 1gbps!

THIS is why I love Google. Enough high priced, poor quality DSL, I want to see internet speeds faster and more reliable. Why are we still stuck at 10mpbs (which you're lucky to get with all the shared connections), when obviously we have the ability to do 100x's that. Expense whining won't cut it, I pay more for this current garbage than I should, use your price gouging to make it happen.
Infrastructure is weak in America, why not start to improve it by making the strongest virtual one?
