I dont know what your old one was but I still have that 5770 for sale cheap. I only have a 550w and it runs with no problem.

Yes, you probably need 500 at most.

Yeah, that one will run no problem with that PSU. You should be able to run almost any video card with a 650 W PSU. The only time you would run into trouble is if you want to do SLI or crossfire.
